Tanning, swimming, gym, tennis.
Each time when im having training,
i'll go ' okay focus EL focus ' and i'll imagine
my coach's sharapova. Haha
Okay maybe not the real sharapova but the girl
whom i think she look like sharapova since sec 3.
' Serve, volley, overhead smash, drop shot, chip shot, approach shot , slice, topspin slice '
Whenever im distracted my coach will go ' 5 rounds the tennis court, 30 down! '
So now im training myself not to get distracted so easily.
After training, take a 15 mins break and back to gym to workout.
